Cosmetic surgery is big business these days. It seems like every second person is having plastic surgery, breast implants and/or liposuction Los Angeles style. Actually I love a good before/after liposuction photo. The use of black texta on the subject is fascinating. In some cases it looks like an artists impression of a weather map.

If your too tight to pay for cosmetic surgery, you do have alternatives. Exercise? No, I'm not talking about exercise. I saw a Do It Yourself Liposuction video from a Japanese gameshow on YouTube once. It wasn't something for the faint hearted.
