There's that old chestnut about dog owners always looking like their pets. I never put too much thought into it before, that is, until I saw these pictures. Now I think there could be something in that wacky theory.

Besides the practicality of the whole thing, this latest revelation has made me think twice about adopting a manatee! I mean, I'm photogenically challenged enough as it is, without looking like one of the things!
