Snoop Dogg has been refused entry to Australia. At first I assumed he was just wearing the wrong shoes, but the Age report it as being something more:Snoop Dogg passport

Controversial US rapper Snoop Dogg is being denied entry to Australia after failing a character test, the federal government says.

The cancellation of the rapper, record producer and actor's visa means he will not be able to appear at the MTV Australian Video Music Awards this weekend, as planned.

Immigration Minister Kevin Andrews said Snoop Dogg was being issued with a notice of intention to cancel his visa after he failed to pass the requisite character test.

I wonder how many Australian's would fail the character test? Anyway the Age also posted this "passport" photo. I wonder if it's the real thing?

Well, it's been 'days' and the ViewBar still hasn't shown up. There's a lot of talk about Agloco floating around, and whether it's the real deal or just an elaborate link bait scheme. The one guarantee is, that as long as people are talking about it, whether their opinions be positive or negative, the buzz behind this start up will continue.

I was a little surprised to find that people were already making money off Agloco. The viewbar hasn't been released so how is that possible? Apparently if your smart enough, you can capitalize on all the traffic floating around looking for Agloco information and monetize that traffic via adsense or any other source you like. At the same time you can build referrals so when the viewbar eventually launches you'll have a few streams of revenue. Makes sense.

In other news, I'm sitting comfortably in the top 10% with very little effort what so ever. If you want to get into Agloco and start building referrals, it's probably a good idea to do so before the viewbar launches, as once that happens, there is bound to be a lot more competition!

Join the Agloco network now, it's free and easy.

Dr Tran is here to kick your ass! I wet my pants from laughing to hard, and incontinence is not funny.

The video goes for around 7 mins but it's well worth it. Be aware, contains course language, adult themes and probably not safe for work!

Nobody f*@ks you up like Dr Tran!

But wait, there's more... » Read the rest of the entry..

Yesterday I posted about online data security. Today, it’s all about online banking. Why are bank fees going up when the operating costs of the banks should be going down? Less branches, lower overheads, but more profits for the banks. I do find it hard to comprehend why banks insist on charging fees on online saving accounts when the whole process is really automated. Banks, like loans and credit cards, are a necessary evil.

All my current accounts are managed online. I bank online because I find it convenient and a lot quicker than having to physically get into a branch. In terms of risk and safety, I don’t view it as any riskier than going into a branch.

In short, I would like to conclude this presentation by saying that Bank Charges suck. Thank you for listening.

Check out Dave Chappelle on MTV's Cribs. I want me a $2million chandelier made from the bones of chicken dinners that I've eaten over the years!!

MTV Cribs is an interesting show if you want to see how the rich and famous live. There are heaps of those luxury pools, pop-up tv's that go in the end of beds, in-door water features and what not.

I'm thinking that there is an opportunity for a spin off series though. I might pitch it to the network... MTV baby cribs. It could take you inside the homes of the rich and famous, to take a look at how their babies live. It would give the plebs a once in a life time opportunity to check out the diamond encrusted baby furniture and baby bling of star offspring such as Suri Cruise and the Jolie/Pitt brood.

If you do any business via the web using your own PC then like it or not, data security is something that is going to concern you sooner or later. Personally, I don't like the thought of some creepy little nerd accessing my personal information. That's were www.securezip.com comes in. Available for free download, for a limited time only, SecureZIP has the ability to integrate with Microsoft Outlook to secure your personal details and correspondence.

SecureZIP boast that their software automatically protects email messages and attachments you may send to friends, family, banks, accountants, etc. Now if only they can do something about image SPAM then I'll be happy!

If data security is an issue for you, give SecureZIP a look.

Walking out of the cinema after watching 300 last night, I didn't exactly know what to think. I was both impressed and disappointed. Yes, the movie was a visual orgy (or 'vorgy'), but character development and dialogue wise it could have been cooked up by a preschool kid.

It was a 'manly' movie, but at the same time, it also drifted down the "Big Gay Al" route. When the Persian King first hit the screen, you'd be forgiven for thinking that a float from the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras had taken a wrong turn and somehow ended up in Sparta.

The voice overs and repeated speeches started to grate after about five minutes, and you couldn't help feeling that the Persians were attacking in the hope that the Spartans would just shut the hell up!

There were weird mutant things, a massive blob guy with sword arms (who deserved far more screen time) and some intense people skewering. With that being said, 300 was no where near as gory as I was expecting. Yes, there were decapitations and dismemberment, but they weren't as sick looking as the stuff you'd see in a movie like Saw.

Computer technology obviously played a big part in the film which leads me to my biggest question. Were the Queens nipples digitally enhanced? Holy geez those things could have taken an eye out! I kept expecting her breasts to start scratching the decks like in the Mentos commercial.

All in all, I was impressed with the look of 300 but felt it was let down by some of the poxiest dialogue committed to celluloid. At the end of the night, I left for home impressed, but without the chubby expected after viewing cinematic viagra.
