I'm currently in the process of trialling a new free contextual ad network. AdGridWork is an interesting idea that has the potential to really take off.
Most people would love to be able to advertise their website, but the reality is, not everyone can afford to. That's what makes AdGridWork such an attractive proposition for the amatuer, part-time or tight ass web master.
How does it work? It's actually ridiculously simple. You join up, then enter the information about the site you would like to promote (this part is very similar to setting up a Google Adwords ad). You then select the type of ads you would like served on your site, and that's it.
From this point it functions similar to adsense, except that instead of earning money for each click through, you are building up credit to use on your own advertising campaign.
You can see the program in action if you scroll down my side bar. So if you're looking for a way to score a little extra free traffic, join the program and get started.
If none of that interests you, check out the pictures of the Lexus LF-A concept rumoured to be going into production.
