Diamonds and drop shipping

Whiteflash.com is an online jeweler that stocks a wide variety of fine jewelery. If you're after a diamond ring or a pair of diamond earrings then you'll probably find them on their site. The strong point of Whiteflash.com is that it is a company that holds stock, it does not practice drop shipping.

Drop shipping is occurs when the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to wholesalers, who then ship the goods directly to the customer. The retailer then effectively makes their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price of the product.

Buying expensive items such as jewelery from an online store that practices drop shipping is a potentially dangerous practice in that the online store never actually lays eyes on the goods they are selling. Quality control can therefore become an issue.

Luckily for Whiteflash.com, they aren't 'drop shippers'.

Our practice of holding stock ensures that we will never drop-ship you a diamond from a third party. In fact every diamond we sell is guaranteed - inspected and approved by our quality controllers.

That's good to know.

I generated a basic three column design then edited it from there. It’s still a work in progress.
