You are absolutely right. Supposing you were an employee, can you imagine working for an organization that has no goals? If it does, it will not last out for very long.

I’ve found that setting goals has been quite useful in keeping myself focused. Even if I don’t get there on all of them, I’m pretty sure I will have done better than if I had not set goals at all.
