How important is the top commentators plugin to you?
Ever since Swollen Pickles turned up on one of those "blogs with top commentators installed" lists, the number of comments here have increased quite a bit. I've also noticed quite a few inbound links coming from sites that seem to have cut and pasted the original list.
The whole thing has made me wonder, are people commenting to comment or are people commenting to get the link love juice from the top commentators plugin? Either way, it doesn't bother me so much unless there is gratuitous keyword stuffing in the link text.
Never the less, what would happen if I did remove the top commentators plugin? Would you still comment, or would you go else for the link love juice?

I would definitely still comment. I didn’t even realize there was any link juice to be had until you said that and I right clicked, sure enough, there was no nofollow! lol All of this time, I had patted myself on the back for not worrying about link juice when I commented, now it’s time to start spamming. Just joking! Even if you take that plugin off, I will still comment as I can, typically in waves, sometimes tsunamis, sometimes as the tides.
I’d still comment without the plugin. I admit I didn’t notice it until this post. (I swear!)

My chorus teacher used to call me Radar, and my father before that, so said Mr. Statham, the chorus teacher. It’s really pronounced “ray-der” or “raider” like Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Arch. You know Indiana, right? Cousin to Crocodile Dundee? lol just kidding, but they could pass for cousins.
I was thinking more along the lines of radar from M*A*S*H but whatever works for you!
All I know of Indiana is the Indiana Pacers and Reggie Miller.

No decision just yet. I’m almost in holiday mode. Was thinking of finally getting to a redesign in the break, and in the idea I have, screen real estate is scarce.
