Santa and the public service
I have to apologise. I haven't been big on the Christmas humour this year. Yes, there have been quite a few Christmas emails doing the rounds, but unfortunately, most of them have made the "made me laugh" grade. The attached did manage to amuse me somewhat though.
Imagine for a second, that Santa Claus and his whole gift giving operation was run by public servants. I know what you're thinking, there's no way Santa would align himself with public servants, but this whole thing asks you to suspend your disbelief for a little while. So Santa's operation is run by public servants, as a result, most of his activities have been outsourced. This changes everything. Letters to Santa are no longer welcome. Instead kids need to fill out and submit the attached form. Ahh... is it funny cos it's just funny, or is it funny cos it's true? Ho ho ho biatches!
