I’ve been using bing since it launched in a boycott to google. Buit I wholly agree with you, googles page ranking is up the left!

Google are definitely a law unto themselves… Its sad that some of the things they try and implement to stop black hatters ends up hurting honest webmasters and that there seems to be very little flexibility on google’s part when that happens

Heading over to catch up on snoskred’s google drama and I might have to reconsider using gmail myself if stuff like this keeps happening to honest bloggers!!!

I’m still boycotting, btw. I don’t use google to search at all. I no longer use gmail, or any of the other google services.

I simply do not believe one company should have that amount of power.

Sorry this happened to you – I can guarantee you it was that company I warned you about on Aussie Bloggers that I can’t remember the name of now, the one with banners for text links, which I am fairly sure you removed. So you certainly would be within your rights to ask for re-inclusion. But who wants to have to do that stuff?

Realistically, if you’d wanted to go all out and sell your soul to the text links people, you could have made plenty more cash when doing it – some people and companies pay shedloads for a text link these days given that so few people will sell them now.
