You can also try Q2Click. I’m with them for a while and I’ve quite good earnings.

@Alfie – if you have wordpress the other thing that you can do (which I do here) is intall a plugin that keeps Kontera/Infolinks out of posts until they have been live for 30 days. That way, you are less likely to annoy your ‘regular’ visitors.
