I hated what they did to Deadpool. Besides Wolverine and Gambit, Deadpool is my favourite of the Marvel characters and to have him completely messed up didn't leave me with a huge love for the film. Reynolds played him perfectly for the 10 minutes in which he featured. If they'd given the character the costume and the cancer it would have been fine. Then there's this weapon XI business... Appalling His nickname is 'The Merc with a mouth', but they've actually physically removed his mouth!!!! If they choose to make a Deadpool movie I hope they keep Reynolds but actually make the character fit the comics. Sorry for ranting. I liked the film.
